Update -- COMCAST Cares!

I am happy to report that after the comment by Melissa Mendoza I took advantage of the email address she supplied (We_Can_Help@cable.comcast.com) and sent an emailed my concerns over the service charges and other charges applied to our Comcast account. I sent the email this morning and by this afternoon everything has been resolved. I received a phone call around 3:00 PM from the Comcast Regional office and they said they have reversed all the service charges and applied other credits where needed.

This shows me that Comcast does care about their service and customer support. I will now remove Comcast from my “NOTHING Companies File Folder” and add them to my “Companies that do care Folder”.

Now I say to all of you Comcast Customers out their in cyber-space, that if you have something to report too Comcast, take advantage of the email address above and let them know. Being silent will only add to your stress and you probably could use some stress relief these days.
