Cut from the top 18 tonight was Phillip and Bianca.

This week the judges once again made the final decision as to who will be leaving the show.

Last week Brandon was called in to take the place of Billy. He only had one and one half days to prepare for the performance. Because the rules say that if a contestant makes the Top 20 they can not come back for another season. Nigel said, “Because of the circumstances surrounding Brandon coming back he was going to talk with the folks at FOX and see if he could get that rule wavered for Brandon. UPDATE – FOX waved the rule and Brandon can return next year for the auditions.

Nigel commented “Two “tappers” gone tonight and that breaks my heart.” We agree 1000%.
